Cookies

The site uses no tracking cookies. Here is what it stores, and why.

No tracking cookies

The site sets no advertising cookies, no third-party analytics cookies, no social media cookies. That is why you see no consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.

What is actually stored

NameRoleDuration
tokenKeep you signed in across pages Until sign-out, and at most seven days
themeRemember your light or dark preference Until cleared
langueRemember the chosen language Until cleared

These three are kept in your browser's local storage, not in cookies, so they are never sent automatically to the server. They are strictly necessary for the service to work and serve no profiling purpose.

If you have an account, theme and language are also saved in your profile, so they follow you from one device to another. You can clear them there.

What about the ad slots?

The site's ad slots are our own and put nothing in your browser. Clicking one goes through a link on the site that counts the click for that slot — one counter per slot, never per person — before taking you to the destination.

How to remove them

Signing out removes the token. Preferences are cleared by removing site data in your browser settings. None of this affects your account.
